Scirpus microcarpus

A large, leafy plant with sharp, serrated yellow-green foliage. Stems are slightly triangular in shape. Small clusters of spikelets. Grows in wooded wetlands, standing water, and swampy areas. Uses include erosion control and as a habitat for wildlife.
