Phalaris arundinacea ‘Picta’

A vigorous grass with white and green striped leaves. Early spring growth emerges with a pink tinge that fades by early summer. Soft, white flower panicles rise 15-30 cm above the foliage and turn  brown in late summer, providing winter interest. Plant where plants can spread freely or plant in containers to prevent excessive spreading in the garden.

Offered in a 50 plug and 15 cm pot.
